ФРЕЙМЫ КОНФЛИКТНЫХ СИТУАЦИЙ И ПЕРЕГОВОРОВ

В статье приводятся сведения об истории развития понимания фреймов в современной психологии и выделяются две традиции в понимании этого явления: интерактивные фреймы, отражающие особенности коммуникации в конфликтах, и когнитивные фреймы, акцентирующие внимание исследователей на относительно статичных обобщенных структурах понимания и оценки конфликта. Описываются отличительные особенности фреймов конфликтных ситуаций (релевантность, иерархичность, нарративный характер, конвергенция/дивергенция), приводится их классификация (фреймы когнитивных проблем, фреймы когнитивной идентичности и взаимоотношений, фреймы когнитивных процессов и интерактивных проблем, фреймы интерактивной идентичности и процессов взаимодействия). Указывается, что процессы продуктивного разрешения конфликтов связаны с конвергенцией фреймов оппонентов и с рефреймингом как творческим переосмысливанием ситуации.
