In 2020, we celebrate the hundredth anniversary of Sergei Mikhailovich Petrov. The legendary name of Sergei Mikhailovich is known and remembered by every student who studied at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Bashkir State University in the 60-80s of the last century. Sergei Mikhailovich Petrov was an outstanding teacher and physical chemist. As the first dean of the independent Chemical Faculty of the Bashkir State University, he made a great contribution to the formation and development of the Faculty.
