Abstract

Pragmatics is allocated as area of the linguistic researches having as the object relation between language units and conditions of their use in a certain communicative and pragmatical space. Pragmatics studies the ways in which context contributes to meaning and how the transmission of meaning depends not only on structural and linguistic knowledge (e.g., grammar, lexicon, etc.) of the speaker and listener, but also on the context of the utterance, any pre-existing knowledge about those involved, the inferred intent of the speaker, and other factors. The purpose of this article is to analyze a role of syntactic means at realization of communicative and pragmatical variability on the material of modern German mass media texts of interview. The dialogic nature of the interview raised important features of speech. In particular, the dialogic text of this species is due to compression of the syntactic structure, which contributes to a detailed account of the large volume of information in a concise form. To attract the reader's attention to the text of the interview, increasing its impact on the recipients of the journalists may use variable syntactic means. Concerning category of variability it is necessary to notice that this category is one of the important linguistic categories. In process of development of the general theory of language different approaches to its studying were created. The invariant is the abstract designation of the same essence in derivation from its concrete modifications displaying the general properties of the class of objects formed by options, and inherent in each of options. Thus, variable ranks (couples) consist from identical or close on the denotative value, but the differing formally language phenomena. The communicative value of interview as type of the text is substantially predetermined by options of use of such syntactic means as questions, communicative and structural-semantic types of sentences, ellipse, parcelation and aposiopesis.
