Internet communication is one of the conditions for the formation of a global world community. A complex and ambivalent process of internet communication provides a growth of communication freedom, leads to organizing of new human communities in the network, expropriates internet users from their real life, turns Internet space into the sphere of influence on people’s consciousness in the flow of information trash. The researchers single out a number of ways in the study of Internet and communication space. One of them is connected with the study of the ‘net’ origin of a modern society, based on the internet technology. While thinking about it, M. Castells discovers a growth of interdependence of societies and their elements. He also pays attention to the fact, that the net becomes a structural unit of the economical organization but not a separate, individual or a collective subject. Local internet communities correspond to the ‘architecture’ of the net information society. Another approach describes extrapolation of ‘autopoiesis’ by N. Luhmann on the process of Internet communication offered by H. Maturana and F. Varela. The appearance of Internet communication gave new qualities to the community. They are autopoiesis of uncertainty and permanent restructuralization of the levels of complexity in social communication. One more metaphor ‘rhizome’, suggested by postmodernists G. Deleuze and F. Guattari, was taken from botany and meant a complex and branched root system. Nowadays it depicts the Internet as an organism. The principle of the connection and heterogeneity in rhizomorph structures lies in the idea of Internet development at the moment of its creation. Internet was projected as antihierarchic surroundings. Internet communication brought to the formation of such form of interrelation as Internet community with a complex, changing and developing system. A. I. Arslanova writes that we can see the dynamics of communities in the network, using social analogies. The interaction and mutual penetration of the Internet and real space will increase. The formation of culture while using the Internet will help us to avoid some negative consequences of its expansion. Reasonable regulation of Internet communication, the principle of its use for the sake of people will contribute to the formation of a harmonious Internet space.
